3483393 - SAC- Export to Excel issue for API on story 2.0

Export to Excel is not working through the button using the Script exportReport() API.

An error message may appear stating, "The current widget is already exporting, or there are more than 20 exports started. Please wait for a few minutes and try again."

SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2024.08

1. Create an analytic application/story.
2. Add a button to export the report.
3. Link the exportReport() API to the button.

 Legacy issue.

The development team has created and tested a fix to resolve the issue. This fix will be deployed on your system as part of the next update.
