This KBA outlines the steps on how to configure the Info notifications for Task Entity using Autoflow.

Ex : If a Task Responsible has been changed and want to send out the Info Notifications.

When you create a AutoFlow for Tasks, under Send Info Notifications, you can choose either of the options in Role Based Recipients as indicated :

1) Organizer of the Task

2) Owner of the Task
