Introscope host adapter setup in Managed system configuration fails with the below message:

On instance : <instance> Connection to SMDAgent <host> could not be established! Reason: Error occured while trying to obtain service com.sap.smd.agent.application.wilyhost.WilyHostServiceon remote host <host>
