3483704 - Log on to SAP BTP cockpit using a Platform user from the custom identity provider fails

Symptom

While trying to login into SAP Business Technology Platform cockpit (SAP BTP URL: https://cockpit.btp.cloud.sap) using a Platform user that has the Global Account Admin role. the logon fails.
