3483754 - Receiving Error "Unknown Username or Password" with Onboarding 1.0 integration - Onboarding 1.0

Receiving the error when trying to run the integration with Onboarding 1.0 integration: "Unknown Username or Password".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

The "Service Login" is locked out.

For Live Customer(s), Implementation Partner(s), and Consultant(s)

1. Go to Superadmin
2. Find "Service Login"
3. Click the Onboarding 1.0 account name 
4. You will see the "Locked Out" is checked
5. Uncheck the "Locked Out"
6. Save
