3483761 - Purchase Order disappearing from MD04 when changing confirmed quantities in CO06

Symptom

For some reason it is necessary to change the confirmed quantity for the Purchase Order in CO06. Then the quantity is changed to zero and the requirement for the Purchase Order disappears from MD04.
