3483762 - Activation Time can't be set to 00:00:00 in the pop-up of the change processes in Provider Contracts

Symptom

The user set the Activation Date as today's date, and the Activation Time as 00:00:00 for the change process's change order as attachment below:

However, the activation time displayed in the contract history of the new line of item shows the current time stamp when executing the change process as attachment below:
