3483793 - Intrastat Declaration Run References Two Months in the Application Log

Two periods are taken in consideration in Intrastat Declaration Run. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Intrastat work center.
2. Go to Intrastat Declaration Runs view.
3. Select run ID ABC (ABC is the run ID). 
4. Navigate to Execution Details tab.
5. Open application log XYZ (XYZ is the ID of the application log).
6. Navigate to Settings tab.
7. Click in Expand All button.

You can see that:

• Selected Reference Period: Year-Month and Year-Month(II). 

Why is it showing two months in the period, instead of only one month? 

When the configuration in the run for 'Reference year/month' is maintained blank, the system works as default. For country France, the reference period is defaulted to 2 months. For other countries, the reference period is defaulted to 1 month only.

System is working as designed.
