3483811 - Unable to change Logical System description - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The field Logical System in Concur are displayed with technical information which has same description, this makes it hard for the business to understand the logical system, when setting up the employee profile, it is hard to know which system is the correct one. This information cannot be changed directly in Concur as the name of the system is arriving in Concur through ICS integration, it is unchangeable in S/4HANA Cloud.

S/4HANA Public Cloud doesn’t support customer to change the description of public cloud system currently, it is unchangeable.

For this requirement, refer KBA 2963059 to submit feature request. In case the feature request represents valuable feedback for the solution but has no direct impact on Go Live, submit improvement requests and to openly vote on them on SAP Customer Influence.
