1. Create a long customized text for key "ECT_NEWHIRE_NEXT_STEPS" via manage languages
2. Add a new employee
3. Click on submit and note that the text displayed is incomplete
Cause
This a known code issue related to resolution
Resolution
The issue will be fixed during 2411 release.
