With optimized mode and responsive layout, you want to know if there is a way to automatically adjust the size of the widgets on Responsive Layout so that users don't need to scroll.
You try to adjust this by setting the "Device" to "Desktop" or "Laptop" but it doesn't take effect.

Cause
Currently we don't have such a feature to do the automatic adjustment.
Resolution
To change the size of the widgets, please change each widget on the responsive page.
You can raise this on SAP Idea Place as a software enhancement request too.
