3484018 - Transported "Enhancement implementation" not working: The use of Class is not permitted

Fiori app "Custom Logic" has been used to create an implementation for BAdIs that have been released by SAP.

This works fine in the DEV system. However, in the QAS system, after the implementation has been transported, this is found inactive. 

Upon checking the Enhancement implementation, errors message number LA005 is returned:

The use of Class <implementation ID> is not permitted

Replace the unpermitted Class <implementation ID> by a suitable permitted object.
