Is it possible to have editable documents within system?
Example is a PDF that the onboardees can complete from their end provide any data like name, address, etc....

- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
With the current version of Onboarding, it is not possible to have such dynamic document.
For Onboarding 1.0 there will be no enhancements as this is reaching end of life on 2026. For new Onboarding we encourage our customers to raise enhancement requests on the SAP Influence Portal, please feel free to post your ideas there.
