3484330 - "Others" category in Dictionary is not showing as parent-category

"Others" category is not showing as parent category in the drop-down list both in Add and Edit in Explorer. 

The "Others" category is to be used to store dictionary entries that do not belong to any other categories and is not meant to behave like a conventional parent category (i.e. store and organize items in subcategories) thus it will not show up in the parent category drop-down list.

However if you would like this to be changed, a Feature Request can be created and please contact SAP Signavio Support to proceed.
