3484420 - Instructor is Unable to Set Completion Time from Add Learning History

An Instructor is Unable to Select a Completion Time from the clock pop-out when their Time Pattern ID is set to HH:mm in Options and Settings. 

The clock pop-out will not allow the instructor to set a value for Minutes and it displays in the format HH:MM even though the Time Pattern ID is set to HH:mm.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Ensure you have an Instructor account that is related to a User account.

2. Set the User's Time Pattern ID to HH:mm in Options and Settings.

3. Add an Item to the Instructor's Authorized to Teach list.

4. Navigate to Learning > My Classes.

5. Click on Authorized to Teach.

6. Click Record Completions for to the Item.

7. Set a Completion Date (or leave as default).

8. Click on the clock icon.

9. User is unable to select Minutes from the clock popout window.

Wrong Time Pattern set in Admin side.

The Date Pattern ID is named as HH:mm but the Pattern is given as HH:MM

Please correct the configuration from Admin side following the below steps to resolve the issue. 

• Go to Learning Admin side
• Go to Date Format Patterns 
• Search for Date Pattern ID: HH:mm
• Click on edit(Pencil icon)
• Edit the Pattern from HH:MM to HH:mm
