3484482 - Data migration is processed only by 1 job, even though paralellization was set up

The Migration Cockpits offers the possibility to parallelize the activities simulation and migration by using several data transfer jobs. For a specific migration object you have set up the parallelization, but during the simulation / migration you notice that only 1 job is active.
The data was transported to the staging tables, not by files, but via DMC tools.
