3484515 - Code Scan tool shows empty results after background job completion during SAP BW/4HANA conversion

Symptom

Based on the description of SAP Note 3119274 - Code Scan tool for migrations to BW/4 HANA, the programs are analyzed in background jobs and results are loaded to a table. 

Generally it is possible to view the results either by clicking Refresh or Re-starting code scan tool. 

However the result is empty, even through the background job RS_B4HANA_CODE_SCAN has already finished.
