The Auto-map feature in Process Intelligence process conformance setup is disabled.
Cause
If there are no exact matches between process steps in the BPMN diagram and events in the Event log, the button will not be enabled.
Resolution
To enabled the Auto-map feature, either change the Event log steps or the BPMN diagram steps so the names match exactly.
