How to change item classification from Online to Other?

1. Go to Learning Administration >
2. Learning Activities >
3. Items >
4. Tasks >
5. Administrator accidently adds content it changes to Online the item type and cannot now be reverted back to other item type >
6. Administrator tries removing content but it still remains as Online the item type.

Since the 'Completions Status' is still available in the Online Content > Online Content Settings, it will consider the item as Online item. 

To change from Online item type back to 'Other', we need to use the "Clear Online Settings" from the Item's Actions menu:

If the users already completed the online content and item, then the application will not let you edit the item and will display a message "Users have started this online item. You cannot remove the online settings." In this case you can revise the item and change it to other type of item.
