3484710 - PY-GB - Inactive Status Not Supported

Symptom

The GB payroll does not support the use of the "Inactive" Employee Status (i.e. IT0000-STAT2 = '1')

Before SAP Note 3438346 (PY-GB: Payments to Leavers) payroll did not correctly handle the scenario where an employee was identified as being Not Active (i.e. WPBP-AKTIVJN = space) and yet didn't have a leaving date (i.e. leaving date = 31.12.9999). The processing should have rejected the employee when it couldn't find their leaving period in T549Q (on 31.12.9999).

The new processing delivered in SAP Note 3438346 now correctly rejects these employees.
