3484729 - There are fields which cannot be changed through transaction FB02

Symptom

There is the wish to change the field for example (RMVCT - Transaction type' or BKPF-BLART or BSEG-BEWAR) in a posted document, but it cannot be changed in FB02 when the document is already posted. It does not work even if the field via transaction OB32 is configured .
