3484765 - Add contingent worker error "You do not have permissions to edit the value."

When adding a contingent worker with Emergency contact details information following error appears submitting the hire: "You do not have permissions to edit the value. Please contact your system administrator."

This is a Known issue when Emergency contact details data is filled. 

Engineering team plans to fix this behavior on 2411 that will happen on October 10 for Preview instances and November 15th for Production.
