After copying a performance form template, some or all goal plan fields are missing.

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. In the module picker, select Performance
3. Select a performance form
4. Some or all goal plan fields are missing

The correct goal plan was not selected after the performance form template was copied.

You can review Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Goal Section to ensure the correct goal plan is selected for the template. If applicable, you can also review the synchronization options to ensure everything is configured in your template per your business requirements. The performance forms will then need to be relaunched to ensure the fields display as expected.
