3484790 - It is not possible to Copy Journal Entry created by SAP_WFRT user.

• In the Manage Journal Entries - New Version app when a Journal Entry is posted by the SAP Workflow user it is not possible to copy the Journal Entry.
• Copying of Journal entry is not enabled in MJEv2 (Manage Journal Entries v2) app.
• FI Document posted by SAP Workflow User is not applicable for 'Copy'. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud CE2402

1. A verifier of a Journal Entry posts a new journal entry.
2. As the verifier role does not require approval, the documented or journal entry is posted.
3. The posted document or journal entry has the "Journal Entry Created By" SAP Workflow Runtime (SAP_WFRT) user.  See KBA 2961687 - Created By displayed as SAP_WFRT in app Display Line Items in General Ledger.
4. When attempting to copy the Journal Entry posted by the SAP_WFRT user this is not possible in Manage Journal Entries - New Version app.
5. Similar Journal Entries are allowed to be copied when submitted and then approved. 

Missing feature which will be provided in CE2408

This is a known issue with the MJEv2 app and will be resolved with the release of CE2408.  As a workaround;

1. Manage Journal Entries Old Version (MJEv1).
2. Select the Journal Entry created by the SAP_WFRT user.
3. Details.
4. New.
5. Similar Journal Entry (Copy function in the old app).
