On the new applicant workbench its possible to add candidates to a talent pool but not access the talent pool from the workbench or remove candidates from talent pools.

Cause
This has been confirmed to be expected behaviour.
Resolution
If you would like to see this feature in future releases please create an enhancement request. A possible workaround for now is to use the same portlet on the candidate profile.
