When in the presentations tab, it's not possible to upload a ppt or a pdf into the presentation.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Presentations Tab
- Click on + and create a new one
- Upload PPT or PDF slides
- Upload any presentations and we have this error message : Uploading new PPT Slides failed
Cause
This issue is under investigation.
