3484831 - "Block or Delete Users Due to Inactivity" in SAP Cloud Identity Authentication Service does not appear to be working

Symptom

  • After enabling the user blocking in Identity Authentication (IAS) the user shows as 'unblocked'
  • The 'Block After Day(s)' period has elapsed
  • User unblock option is still available
  • The status under the Authentication tab shows as 'unblocked'
