3484842 - Add Row Button is Still Available for the Finished Count Task

Add Row button is still available for the finished count Task. As the consequence, the PI Document is still "In-Process" Status and the user cannot do any actions to resolve it.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Physical Inventory Work Center.
2. Navigate to By PI Count Document View.
3. Search for the count document, you notice that it's in process status.
4. Choose Edit.
5. Go to Count Item Tab, you notice that a line item without ID exists for a specific Logistics Area is in Not Started Status.
6. Go to Count Tasks Tab, open the count task which is Finished, you notice that the line item exists in the task and the fields of this line can be edited even if the task is Finished.
7. Choose Remove.
8. Choose Close.
9. Choose Yes, then system would crash.

While this is not a bug or issue on the application side, our development team believes this can be explored as a useful suggestion to disable the add row button after the finish all items. This will require in depth analysis to determine the impact to any possible existing business processes and thorough regression testing. Hence this will have to be done as part of a planned development.

The only way to resolve this issue is to delete the added line item in the task from backend.

Please report a case and authorize SAP can delete it from backend.
