3484899 - Get error APP_LOAD_FAILED when trying to edit a model in Process Manager

When attempting to edit a model in SAP Signavio Process Manager, the following error message occurs.

Application could not start
Error ID: APP_LOAD_FAILED 2024-01-01T00:00:1 1.000Z
The application failed to load for an unknown reason

The browser has a corrupt cache.

The following options are available to resolve the error.

1. Use a different browser.
2. Clear the browser's cache.  This is because the error is only occurring on the client side.
