Symptom
Further changes are still allowed after service order is set to "Completed" post billing.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
It is standard design that service order will never be "actually financially closed". It is still allowed to change service order even though it is set to "Completed". Only service confirmation is not allowed to be changed after completion.
