3485102 - CONVT_OVERFLOW Runtime Error in Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

The following runtime error occurs in console when using App Finder / Enterprise Search or Manage Launchpad Spaces / Manage Launchpad Pages:

 Request failed with status code 500: GET /sap/opu/odata/FDM_PAGE_RUNTIME_SRV/pageSet? ...XXXXXXXXXXXX
"Runtime Error: 'CONVT_OVERFLOW'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an incident. Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis."
