Symptom

The Cloud Application intermittently fails with the following error:

503 Service Unavailable
There is no SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) connected to your subaccount matching the requested tunnel for subaccount <Subaccount ID> and SCC location ID <Location ID>. Please verify the configuration on both the SCC and cloud side.

The ljs_trace.log (for SCC version<2.17) or the scc_core.trc (for SCC version>=2.17) logs may display the following entries:
