How to create additional academic titles in 'Additional Information' field in Manage workforce application.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Manage Workforce application.
  2. Click on Create.
  3. Fill the mandatory details.
  4. Navigate to additional information section.
  5. Select the Academic Title from the search help.

Resolution

Additional academic details can be configured through the SSCUI -'Maintain Academic Titles' (SSCUI ID 103437).
