3485208 - Connectivity issue from PI/PO system to target URL https://nfe.svrs.rs.gov.br/ws/NfeStatusServico/NfeStatusServico4.asmx

SAP Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system is used as middleware to integrate with Brazil NFE URL like https://nfe.svrs.rs.gov.br/ws/NfeStatusServico/NfeStatusServico4.asmx. The message processing fails with error in PI/PO message monitor, for example:
