3485260 - Error message: "ABC is not a valid value for this field"

When trying to add Account Determination Group in General Expenses tab, an error message is being raised:
"ABC is not a valid value for this field"

(ABC means Account Determination Group ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to Overview view.
3. Search for Activity Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination.
4. Under Account Determination section, select Costs.
5. In Costs tab, select Add Row button, and fill with the required information as Account Determination Group ID and General Expenses ID.
6. When trying to save it, an error message is being raised.

"ABC is not a valid value for this field. Enter a valid value"

Account Determination Group is not defined in Activity Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination.

In order to solve it, the steps below should be followed:

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Go to Overview view.
3. Search for Activity Chart of Accounts: Charts of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination.
4. Go to Account Determination Groups.
5. Go to Edit Account Determination Groups.
6. Go to Costs.
7. Go to General Expenses.
8. Select Add Row button.
9. Add the required Account Determination ID.
10. Specify the description.
11. Set Column "Available in Receipt".
