3485271 - ERROR => NiBufIIn: invalid data (len=<nr>;<nr>;max=8388608;hdl 70;peer=<IP address: port nr>;local=<port nr>

Symptom

In any of the trace files : dev_ms, dev_disp, dev_rd, etc the following message appears :

ERROR => NiBufIIn: invalid data (len=<nr>;<nr>;max=8388608;hdl 70;peer=<IP address: port nr>;local=<port nr>  followed by 

"Operating system call recv failed (error no. 10054)" message in SM21 transaction.
