3485343 - Unable to login to CMC/BILP after patching/Upgrading OS 

Symptom

  • Unable to login to CMC/BILP after patching/Upgrading OS , Error Message displayed would be :  Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS '<ServerName>:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)    
  • Rollback may/may not fix the issue. 
  • CMS.exe process could not be seen in task manager.
