Symptom

  • When trying to access another application (such as Careers, BTP custom applications, etc) from the SuccessFactors drop down menu or via custom tile, IAS requires the user to provide username and password. 
  • SSO is not identifying the user that is accessing an application from inside SuccessFactors.
