3485421 - Freight Forwarder Doesn't Appear in Outbound Delivery

In an outbound delivery, under tab General, it is blank in the field "Freight Forwarder".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to work center Outbound Logistics.
2. Access view Outbound Deliveries.
3. Open outbound delivery XYZ.
4. Select tab General, scroll down to the Freight Forwarder field, it is blank.

There are several ways to maintain Freight Forwarder in outbound delivery.

1. If determines of Freight Forwarder in Business Configuration Activity "Involved Parties for Sales Orders" and Freight Forwarder relationship in related account master data are both maintained, then party Freight Forwarder will be automatically maintained when a sales order is created. This Freight Forwarder will be brought to following logistics documents, like outbound delivery. 2. If Freight Forwarder is not maintained automatically in sales order, it can be maintained manually under tab Involved Parties in sales order.
3. In delivery proposal, unreleased outbound delivery, and during post goods issue, field Freight Forwarder can be maintain manually.

Please either make settings so that Freight Forwarder can be maintained automatically in sales order (point 1 in Cause), or maintain it manually in sales order/delivery proposal/unreleased outbound delivery, or during post goods issue (point 2 and 3 in Cause).
