3485432 - GOS attachments not visible in all Business Partner roles after S/4HANA upgrade

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2020 or higher, GOS attachments (Services for Object > Attachment list) that were previously visible under every Business Partner role are now only visible under the role they were created in.

• An attachment uploaded under the general BP role (000000) is not shown under the Supplier or Customer role, and vice versa.
• The same happens between the SAP GUI BP transaction and role-specific apps such as Manage Supplier Master (F1053A) / Manage Customer Master (F0850A).
• Under a role that does not own the attachment, the attachment list may appear empty or the entry may be greyed out (display only).
• Attachments created before the upgrade remain under the general object and are only visible under the general role.
• GOS document created under specific BP role is not visible in other BP roles. 
• GOS attachment list is editable in specific BP role but greyed out in other BP roles. 

This is often reported after upgrades from SAP ERP / Business Suite or older S/4HANA releases (e.g. 1709, 1809, 1909) and can be mistaken for missing attachments, an authorization issue, or an attachment visible only to the user who uploaded it.
