Symptom

Under the For You Today section of a managers homepage, duplicate workflows are displayed

Reproducing the Issue

For a manager with a primary employment & concurrent employment, where both employments are approvers for a same workflow, in the primary account's homepage there will have 2 same workflow cards appear - which can appear to be duplicates

Cause

  • This is expected system behavior
  • When a user’s primary account and concurrent account are both approvers for the same workflow, it is normal for the primary account's homepage to display two identical workflow cards.
  • Additionally, a confirmation prompt to suggest switching employment will appear.

This is expected system behavior
