3485727 - Lumira breaks after upgrade from BI 4.3 SP03 patches to SP04 patches.

For BI 4.3 SP03 patches, the  Lumira PAM recommends to implement below sap note by copying org.mlpull library to lib location.

3447825 - Lumira server running with error after installing Lumira 2.4 SP00 patch 07 on BI 4.3 SP03 patch 6 and above.

 However, after upgrading to 4.3 SP04, this breaks Lumira in following ways -

a.  Lumira server is running with errors

• Lumira Logs logs indicate that lumira is not starting  due to issue similar to below

Caused by: org.eclipse.osgi.framework.internal.core.Framework$DuplicateBundleException: Bundle "org.xmlpull" version "1.1.4.C" has already been installed from: reference:file:/D:/BO4x/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/java/lib/bundles/org.xmlpull.jar

b. Lumira server maybe running but opening any lumira document fails with  error
