Symptom

In the App Manage Memo Records 2.0 and App Import Memo Records 2.0 the selection for "Memo Record Types" is giving error message "No Data Available".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App Import Memo Record 2.0
  2. Press the download template button.
  3. Pop-up is displayed to select memo record types.

Resolution

The SSCUIs needed to maintain the configurations required as a prerequisite for creating memo records.

  1. Define Memo Record Types (SSCUI ID 101029)
  2. Define Number Range for Memo Records (SSCUI ID 106556)
  3. Define Number Range for Memo Record Imports (SSCUI ID 106499)
  4. Manage Field Status Groups for Memo Records (SSCUI ID 106455)
