3485842 - Dropdown Arrows not Working for Skills in JPB Environment

When accessing a Job Profile, attempting to click on the dropdown arrows does not display the descriptions or the proficiency levels for the skills when JPB/Center of Capabilities is enabled.

Issue does not occur on systems migrated to Talent Intelligence Hub.

• On JPB/CofC, access a job profile by any means:
  • Job Profile through Manage Job Profiles, Employee Profile > Actions > Job Profile, etc.
• Navigate to the Skills Section
• Click on the arrows next to the skills
• No Descriptions or Proficiency Levels display under the skills

Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

Workaround

As a workaround you can make changes to the proficiency levels of the skills directly under Manage Job Profile Content > affected Role > Role-Mapped Skills, which applies the changes to the Job Profile associated directly.
