3485850 - Available Stock exists but is not Allocated to Sales Order.

• Available Stock exists but is not allocated to Sales Order and ATP is showing as Yellow.
• '123' = Sales Order ID.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Sales Orders WoC.
2. Go to Sales Orders View.
3. Search for and Select Sales Order ID 123.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click View All.
6. Navigate to the Line Items Tab.
7. Select the Relevant Line Item.
8. You will see that the amount of Units reserved is far lower than the Requested Quantity, and the ATP is Yellow.
   
   

The Requested date for this line item is in the past, even though you can see that there is sufficient Stock to fulfill the order from the Supply Planning Screen the ATP will show a yellow warning if the Requested Date is in the past.

Update the Requested date to a date in the future and check availability again, ATP should turn green.
