3485883 - Fields are null for Job Requisitions in Story Reports - Recruiting Management

When the user runs the Story report, they may encounter empty fields for one or more Job Requisitions. This issue can impact several important fields, such as job requisition status, business unit name, function name, department name, cost center, location, posting country and more, all of which may display null values.

The RCM template field permissions were unable to be created in the database due to an invalid Applicant Status in the Job Requisition template that does not exist in the system. This may be due to the deletion or modification of the status after the Job Requisition template was uploaded.

If the customer has reported a "null" value on the SAC story report for Job Requisition values, it is recommended to use the Admin Center > Check Tool to double-check for any errors related to the application status set and the statuses used in job requisition templates. If there are any misconfigurations on the status labels, amending them and updating the Job Requisition template will fix the "null" problem on the Story Report.
