3485951 - New Checkbox for RFQ Instructions

Forms designers might create RFQ forms that are generic and RFQ tiles that are more specific. For example, they might create a single RFQ form for entering all types of services but create a separate tile for each type of service (such as Janitorial, Landscaping, and Maintenance). Then, they add specific instructions for getting quotes for each type of service.

However, providing instructions was complicated, because there are two places where they can add them: in the form design (the form’s Instructions field) and in the tile design (the tile’s Description field). They couldn’t specify which of those fields to display when users create RFQs.
