3485966 - PCC: EC Screen routes to ECP GUI instead of Payroll Control Center

Symptom

  • When attempting to access the PCC from the EC system, it opens the ECP system in EC rather than the payroll process manager screen. 
  • GUI screen opens instead of Payroll control center screen.
  • KBA 3437533 - Payroll Control Center Screen is routing to ECP GUI Screen is already checked and SAML service is activated.
