3485978 - Application Error in NHDR - Onboarding

While attempting to submit New Hire Data Review, the following application error appears:

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=<ErrorID>, timestamp=<TimeStamp>, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Click to start NHDR.
2. When finishing, click to submit.

The application error will appear.

Application errors could have multiple causes, this is one of them.

The error is caused due to onPostSave rule with base Object not supported.

OnPostSave rules are only supported to base objects Job Information or Job Information Model, not for example, Employee Information Model.

Verify if any onPostSave rules have other base objects than Job Information or Job Information Model.

If necessary assistance to identify the rule please open a case with Product Support coping and pasting the application error and/or giving permission to replicate.
