Unable to change the currency in app "Order to Cash Dashboard". After switching to another currency and saving it, the value can flow in. However, the changed currency is replaced again by the default currency when reopening the app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app "Order to Cash Dashboard".
2. Change the currency to, e.g. AED.
3. Observe that the values are flowing, but the same steps need to be repeated every time the dashboard is loaded.

An internal discussion is done by the product management team of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Sales Analytics topic, where the conclusion says since the dashboard is the SAC template, there is no support for changing currencies within that template. The support for "changing currencies" within SAP owned story is in discussion on how to achieve and is yet to be a future enhancement.

• The current workaround is to copy the SAP story into an own namespace and maintain a different currency there.
• Raise it as a feature request in the Customer Influence Portal.
